It is with a heavy heart that, due to personal circumstances, Nightmare Fuel Magazine will be going on hiatus in January 2024.
Unfortunately, this means that the planned publication of ‘FERAL’, what was to be our first print edition, will no longer go ahead.
Since September 2022 we’ve been finding a home for great Australian dark fiction and poetry. We’ve published 67 micro fiction stories, 16 poems and interviewed 7 Australian authors during this time.
Our hope is that Nightmare Fuel can return in late-2024 so that it can continue to share these stories with our readers. In the meantime, the website will remain active and will continue to host all our previously published work.
